Garment On Hanger (GOH) Sorter

Our garment on hanger (GOH) sorter is designed for high-speed accurate sortation of individual hanging garments. The system consists of standard components which may vary to suit customized needs as to rate, accuracy and reporting. Sortation rates exceed 10,000 units/hour and sortation accuracy is better than 99.9%! More info

Slat / Shoe Sorter

Slat (or Shoe) Sorters can reach very high sortation rates using an innovative method of gently diverting product off the sortation unit to its intended destination using shoes that slide cross-wise along the conveying surface slats to push the product onto takeaways. Good for most products. More info

Tilt Tray Sorter

Tilt Tray Sorters transport product on trays around a closed loop rail system. When the appropriate sort destination, or chute, is approached, the tray is tilted to either the left or right side to deposit the product into the desired discharge chute or takeaway. This is a high speed sortation method and good for most products. More info

Bomb Bay / Drop Sorter

Bomb Bay Sorters use trays to transport product to the sort destination at which time the trays drop open similar to bomb-bay doors and the product is dropped directly into a shipping container. This sortation method is good for flat items such as packed clothing, books, magazines, etc. More info

Cross Belt Sorter

Cross Belt Sorters use carriers that are essentially mini-conveyor belts that discharge the products to either side at their destination points. This sorter type has a very accurate and controlled trajectory. Good for fragile or high friction products. More info
