Our sorter features both manual induction for low induction rates as well as an automatic induction unit, which is required for high throughput.  RFID tracking makes it a completely robust system with regards to speed, accuracy and reliability.

Our GOH sorter consists of hooks suspended from an overhead track and linked by a steel-core nylon rope.  The rope is driven in a continuous loop and has a fixed point where product can be inducted onto the sorter.  The GOH sorter conveys the merchandise to the appropriate drop-off station.  When they reach the designated discharge station, the station is activated and the product is released from the hook onto a gravity discharge line.
