Accumulating Spirals: Up / Down
Keyzone™ equipment is designed and manufactured in standard modules. This feature facilitates an easy installation process. The individual equipment modules can be arranged in almost any configuration. They can be quickly connected and the electrical controls and control wiring plug together from module to module. This design is a true plug & play material handling solution.
Keyzone™ Accumulating Spiral inclines & declines provide a more space efficient means of elevating & lowering your material handling pathways while fully utilizing the conveyor surface as product accumulation space. These units are vertically scalable to meet your needs in elevation change. They are particularly beneficial for crossing equipment & foot traffic aisles and for transferring material between building/mezzanine levels when your facility does not have the space for traditional belt inclines/declines; or when your material handling needs could use the additional accumulation space.
