Key Handling Systems is a Material Handling Systems Integrator with annual sales in excess of 25 million dollars.  Headquartered in Moonachie, New Jersey, we currently employ over 50 highly dedicated and experienced professionals, including one of the strongest and most qualified project management and engineering staff in the materials handling industry.  Our experienced field installation force has the capability of handling demanding projects and schedules.

Key Handling Systems takes responsibility for total system integration. Our extensive experience enables us to handle system modifications or the implementation of new multi-million dollar systems.

Our Facility

KEY Handling Systems’ headquarters also has 15,000 Sq. Ft. of office space that houses the nexus of our innovative engineered solutions including our experienced sales, engineering and customer service departments.

40,000 Sq. Ft. of manufacturing space allows for a great deal of flexibility to manufacture prototype systems, as well as pre-assemble, test, and ship equipment in plug & play units greatly improving the installation process at our client’s facilities.  KEY Handling Systems maintains a stock of spare parts for common wear items and long-lead equipment available for shipping to our customers minimizing their potential down time.
